We want our results to speak for themselves. Our clients leave both the residential and outpatient programs at DTAC with the skills and strategies they need for long-term success. The goal of our treatment programs is to help adolescents become healthy, independent adults, and it’s clear that after completing a program at DTAC, our clients continue to flourish. Residential Program: Year 2020 Client Post-Discharge Data

Clients and their parents are given a follow-up survey post-discharge in which we collect valuable data on their experience 3, 6, and 12 months after completing the DTAC residential program.

#1: Is the client currently going to school or working?

#2: Has the client gotten into any trouble that has interrupted their life?

#3: Is the client involved in prosocial/positive activities?

#4: Has the client reentered mental health care?

#5: Has the client committed any further acts of abuse since discharge which has prompted agency involvement or action?

Outpatient Program: Year 2020 Client Post-Discharge Data
